public <T> boolean contains(java.lang.String propertyName,
T valueToCheck)
Check if a property has a specific value. Returns false if the property name is invalid or
the property does not exists or the value to check is invalid. The value data type
should be exactly the same data type as the property. For example do not use values such
as "0", "1", 0, 1, 2, -1, "true", "false" for boolean properties.

- the value to be checked against property's value

- true if value to check matches the property's value
